A well-established sole practitioner conveyancing firm is seeking a Licensed Conveyancer to join on a part-time maternity leave contract (3–6 months), commencing mid-June. Potential to transition into a permanent part-time role.

Managing 150–200 settlements per year, the practice offers a steady, varied file load within a supportive, client-focused environment.

Requirements
- Victorian Conveyancing Licence (essential)
- NSW Conveyancing Licence highly regarded (dual-licensed practice)
- Confident handling matters autonomously
- High attention to detail
