A Bit About Us
Our base office is in Robinvale (with Mildura as a growing hub), proudly serving the wider Sunraysia and Mallee region. We believe in doing business with empathy, honesty, and a good dose of patience. Our clients trust us because we make them feel safe, informed, and supported – not rushed or overwhelmed.
The Role
You’ll be helping to:
- Manage calls, emails, and client enquiries with warmth and professionalism
- Provide client updates and check-ins
- Open new matters and order property searches
- Prepare documentation like Section 32s and marketing contracts
- Set up and manage PEXA workspaces
- Monitor file progress and keep things moving smoothly
