Sunraysia Conveyancing is growing, and we’re looking for a warm, reliable Conveyancing Assistant who’s just as passionate about people as they are about getting things done.

A Bit About Us

We’re based in Robinvale (with Mildura as a growing hub), proudly serving the wider Sunraysia and Mallee region. We believe in doing business with empathy, honesty, and a good dose of patience. Our clients trust us because we make them feel safe, informed, and supported – not rushed or overwhelmed.

The Role

You’ll be helping to:

  • Manage calls, emails, and client enquiries with warmth and professionalism
  • Provide client updates and check-ins
  • Open new matters and order property searches
  • Prepare documentation like Section 32s and marketing contracts
  • Set up and manage PEXA workspaces
  • Monitor file progress and keep things moving smoothly

You might even get to dabble in social media content creation (if that’s your thing!).

The Details

  • Full-time preferred, but part-time will be considered for the right fit
  • Ideally based in Robinvale or Mildura – but we’re open to remote or hybrid for the right candidate
  • Flexible, family-first attitude (with expectations around reliability)
