The Role

You’ll be helping to:

  • Manage calls, emails, and client enquiries with warmth and professionalism
  • Provide client updates and check-ins
  • Open new matters and order property searches
  • Prepare documentation like Section 32s and marketing contracts
  • Set up and manage PEXA workspaces
  • Monitor file progress and keep things moving smoothly

LICENSED CONVEYANCER

Part-Time | Maternity Leave Contract | Mid-June Start
A well-established sole practitioner conveyancing firm is seeking a Licensed Conveyancer to join on a part-time maternity leave contract (3–6 months), commencing mid-June. Potential to transition into a permanent part-time role.

About the Firm
Managing 150–200 settlements per year, the practice offers a steady, varied file load within a supportive, client-focused environment.

  • Manage conveyancing files end to end
  • Work independently with professionalism and strong client care

Requirements

  • Victorian Conveyancing Licence (essential)
  • NSW Conveyancing Licence highly regarded (dual-licensed practice)
  • Confident handling matters autonomously
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliable, professional, client-focused
